Part of the Agent Solutions SaaS suite, Pricefinder was overdue for a brand refresh and website rebuild. My involvement started at the inception of the project, auditing the current experience, conducting research and developing a new brand identity and website flow in consultation with stakeholders across product, tech, sales and marketing.

Domain Skylight Product Launch

Video production, art direction, email design, web design, copywriting.

Domain Skylight was co-created with our agent partners, so we wanted to celebrate that partnership in the launch campaign. We searched through 100+ hours of product interviews, to find the compelling agent stories, that helped to shape the product. At the same time, we managed to shape a campaign with compelling social proof.

In addition to the campaign, I helped develop a full suite of onboarding assets for customers, and sales enablement material to support our internal teams as they go to market.

Video Templating for Social

Creative Direction, Project Management, Research, AI integration, training

We knew that social platfoms required large amounts of differentiated videos in order to optimise campaigns. Our challenge was to create scalable, high-performing video templates to help us increase the quantity requirements, while maintaining quality.

Using Canva and Gemini, with consultation from Meta, TikTok, Google and our internal specialists, we developed 400+ templates per brand, at 5 different sizes, with platform best practice built in. We also created a training guide, and AI assistant to help creative cross check work for design and platform best practice. The result is an easy to use system that all designers - event those who aren't editors, can use to build engaging campaigns.

Report Redesign + optimisation

Process optimisation, template design, art direction, data visualisation design

As part of a broader body of work on creative process optimisation, I worked closely with the Domain research team as well as our studio lead to overhaul our design process. Previously run through a mess of docs, excel, tableau, and indesign, we rebuilt the system to develop functional templates in Canva, backed by data visualisation through Flourish. The result was leaner process, increased interactivity, empowering the research team to self serve simpler reports, and huge time savings for designers for creative supported reports, between 60-80% faster.

Agent Solutions Launch Campaign

Art direction, video production, copywriting

The Domain Agent SaaS suite was united under the Agent Solutions brand. Our challenge was to build awareness of the umbrella brand, and transition the brand equity held by the individual projects into Domain. I acted as the creative director and producer, organising an interstate, multi-day shoot from which we create an overarching hero video, 12 testimonial videos, product how-to videos, and a library of images that was used across all marketing material for the following 12 months.

"Make the market yours" was a tentpole campaign for the Real Estate Agent segment of Domain. I supported the campaign from inception through delivery, acting as a strategist, writer, designer and production manager.
